AOP Blanquette de Limoux
Born from a collaboration between the Italian vision of Dacastello Vini and the French savoir-faire of the historic Maison Antech, AOP Blanquette de Limoux is a wine of great tradition, elegance and identity.
Family-run and independent for seven generations, Maison Antech is dedicated to producing sparkling wines in Limoux, the cradle of sparkling wines and a legendary area. Roger de Chanterac is an artisanal range in which the Antech family offers superior quality sparkling wines, seeking the perfect balance between freshness and complexity.
Colour Straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet Fruity, with notes of citrus and apple.
Palate On the palate it is lively and harmonious, with a crisp, mineral finish.
Pairing Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs well with seafood, shellfish, and desserts.
